• Implements the College's philosophy, curriculum, program outcomes and course objectives through clinical teaching and service.
• Plans clinical experiences and provides direct supervision and evaluation of nursing students.
• Delivers clinical instruction, coordinates with agency staff, and ensures student outcomes meet course objectives.
• Remains current with agency policies and clinical expectations, and develops written clinical assignments.
• May teach didactic content under supervision and supports program development and student satisfaction.
