Qualifications

• Master's or doctoral degree in Nursing from a regionally accredited college or university.
• Unencumbered Missouri nursing license.
• At least two years of RN teaching experience in the last five years.
• Illinois RN license required to teach all courses.
• Passion for nursing education and lifelong learning.

Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver clinical instruction in accredited BSN courses.
• Supervise and evaluate nursing students in clinical settings.
• Provide feedback on student performance and remediation as needed.
• Coordinate with course coordinators and clinical partners to align objectives.
