Qualifications

• Active Missouri LPN or RN license required.
• CPR Instructor certification or willingness to obtain.
• Leadership or training experience in healthcare preferred.
• Strong knowledge of skilled nursing regulations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to train, motivate, and support staff.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment.
• Ability to lead change and promote high-quality resident care.

Responsibilities

• Lead new team member orientation.
• Oversee staff education and ongoing training programs.
• Coordinate and maintain the annual education calendar.
• Serve as CPR Instructor and manage staff certifications.
• Lead QAPI initiatives (quarterly).
• Facilitate restorative nursing programs and meetings.
• Support tele-psych (long-term psychiatric management).
• Monitor and support staff compliance (TB testing, education requirements).
• Assist with policy development and process improvement.
