Job summary

Live Well Homecare is seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse to provide direct patient care in a fast-paced Emergency Department, performing assessment, planning, implementation and evaluation within established nursing standards.

You will promote patient- and family-centered care, educate on illness management and post-treatment needs, participate in safety and quality initiatives, and develop individualized care plans with the healthcare team for a diverse patient population.

Qualifications

• Nursing Diploma or Associate’s degree required.
• RN license is required.
• ED experience preferred but not mandatory.

• Develop, implement, and document individualized care plans collaboratively with the healthcare team and patients.
• Utilize critical nursing skills to assess physical, psychosocial, and emotional needs, respecting patient preferences and cultural considerations.
• Maintain a safety-sensitive approach, working in a constant state of alertness.

Qualifications & Skills

• Educational requirements: Nursing Diploma/Associate's degree; Bachelor's preferred.
• Licensure: Valid RN license.
• Experience: Emergency Department experience and supervisory experience are preferred but not mandatory.
• Skills: Ability to lead teams, excellent assessment, communication, and critical thinking skills.
