Qualifications

• Master’s degree in social work, psychology, or related clinical discipline with a practicum.
• Must obtain or be willing to obtain credential: Mental Health Professional or Certified Addiction Counselor.
• Ability to gather information in interviews to support recommendations.
• Ability to collaborate with internal staff and external agencies.
• Must obtain required clearances (criminal history, child abuse, FBI) as applicable.

Responsibilities

• Conduct clinical assessments to develop comprehensive treatment plans.
• Provide outpatient psychotherapy (individual, family, and group).
• Participate in treatment team meetings with clinical staff.
• Prepare, maintain, and submit case records and reports timely.
• Adhere to policies, laws, and confidentiality requirements.
