Qualifications

• Master’s degree required with clinical practicum per DHS and DDAP regulations.
• Licensure or eligibility for clinical practice in a relevant discipline.
• Ability to obtain vital information during personal interviews to inform recommendations.
• Ability to establish effective working relationships with internal staff and external providers.

Responsibilities

• Conduct assessments and diagnostic services to develop treatment plans.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans using multiple modalities.
• Participate in treatment team meetings with psychiatric and clinical staff.
• Initiate inter-agency contact to coordinate care for clients.
• Prepare and submit case records, charts, and required documentation promptly.
• Adhere to policies, laws, and confidentiality requirements.

Education

Master’s degree in social work, psychology, or related clinical discipline (including clinical practicum)

Licensed in a clinical discipline that includes mental health clinical experience
