Job summary

Catholic Health Initiatives is seeking a part-time Clinic Registered Nurse (RN) at the W Broadway Clinic in Council Bluffs, IA. You will deliver compassionate, high-quality care, perform assessments, and implement patient care plans within an interdisciplinary team to optimize outcomes.

In this role you will rely on your strong clinical judgment, prioritize patient safety, and educate patients and families about health management.

Qualifications

• Current RN license in the state where you practice
• Graduate of an accredited nursing program
• Basic Life Support (BLS) from the American Heart Association required

Responsibilities

• Performs general nursing care to patients by following established clinic workflows.
• May perform specific nursing care as it relates to the specialty of the practice.
• Obtain and document health history, information on chief complaint, vital signs, and health risk factors and assess disease conditions.
• Provide patient care based on practice guidelines, standards of care, and federal/state laws and regulations.
• Educate patients and families about health status, health maintenance, and management of acute and chronic conditions.
• Performs other duties within scope of role as assigned.

Pay Range

$27.97 - $41.60 /hour
