Responsibilities

• Performs general nursing care to patients by following clinic workflows.
• May perform specific nursing care as it relates to the practice specialty.
• Obtain and document health history, chief complaint, vital signs, and health risk factors; assess disease conditions.
• Provide patient care based on guidelines, standards of care, and laws/regulations.
• Educate patients and families about health status, maintenance, and management of acute and chronic conditions.
• Performs other duties within scope of role as assigned.
