Responsibilities

• Answer phones, perform data entry, and other duties as assigned.
• Understand insurance managed care requirements and CPT/ICD coding effects on reimbursement.
• Assist with billing, collections, and charge entry as needed.
• Provide customer service and support teamwork and leadership.
