More To Say, LLC is seeking a part-time Clinic Custodian to join our Quality Control Division. You will maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming clinic environment, ensuring therapy spaces, bathrooms, and common areas meet high cleanliness standards to support patient safety and team morale.

The role is Monday–Friday 4:00 pm–8:00 pm, with responsibilities spanning sanitation, kitchen cleaning, and daily end-of-day reset procedures. Prior custodial or healthcare experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Reliable, motivated individual with attention to detail.
• Able to follow cleaning protocols and safety procedures.
• Physical stamina for cleaning tasks and lifting.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Professional conduct and positive demeanor; teamwork oriented.

Responsibilities

• Facility Cleaning & Sanitation of therapy spaces, bathrooms, common areas and staff areas.
• Deep cleaning and sanitizing therapy rooms and equipment.
• Daily trash removal and infection control maintenance.
• End-of-day clinic reset procedures and kitchen cleaning.
• Reporting maintenance or safety concerns promptly.
• Supporting a positive, collaborative team culture.
