Qualifications

• Minimum of one year of experience working in a medical/clinical setting.
• Strong medical aptitude and understanding of medical terminology.
• Willing to drive agency vehicles with a valid license and insurance.
• Strong administrative skills and working knowledge of personal computers.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with diverse teams and clients.

Responsibilities

• Schedule medical, lab, or other appointments and ensure proper documentation.
• Transport and/or accompany clients to appointments or community activities.
• Assist the Clinical Manager in tracking supplies and placing orders for materials.
• Collect and document client health information, including vital signs and weight.
