Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• CPR/AED and First Aid certifications required within 60 days.
• Ability to demonstrate basic climbing techniques safely.
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and special events.
• Provide a safe, inclusive experience for participants of all ages.

Responsibilities

• Lead climbing wall classes, programs, and recreational sessions as directed.
• Deliver safe, engaging instruction that encourages participation.
• Check harnesses and equipment; perform safety inspections as needed.
• Monitor participants and enforce rules and safety procedures.
• Set and reset climbing routes and assist with equipment logs.
