Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Safely transport clients to and from designated destinations.
• Transport packages, documents, supplies, and other materials as needed.
• Complete office pickups and other administrative transportation needs.
• Arrive at scheduled destinations on time.
• Load and unload luggage, packages, supplies, and other items as necessary.
• Plan routes in advance and use navigation applications to identify the most efficient route.
• Monitor traffic, construction, weather, and other potential delays.
• Adjust routes to maintain scheduled arrival times.
• Interact with clients professionally and courteously at all times.
• Maintain appropriate professional boundaries and confidentiality.
• Communicate delays or transportation concerns to the team.
• Ensure vehicles are fueled and ready for use.
• Maintain mileage and vehicle-related records.
• Coordinate vehicle repairs when needed.
• Report vehicle maintenance or safety concerns promptly.
• Help ensure vehicles remain safe and operational.
