Job summary

Texas First Bank in Dickinson, TX, is seeking a Part-Time Client Services Professional (CSP) to support teller operations and deliver outstanding customer service at the teller line. You will help deepen client relationships and assist with sales initiatives.

Responsibilities include processing deposits/withdrawals, promoting banking products, and following all security and confidentiality guidelines. Flexibility to work Saturdays and extended hours is required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum of 6 months cash handling and customer service experience.
• Proficiency in typing and using a ten-key calculator.
• Fluency in Spanish is a plus.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Strong math aptitude and attention to detail.
• Ability to handle transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Team-oriented with flexibility to work additional hours and Saturdays as needed.
• Ability to lift heavy coin and sit/stand for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate records of the cash drawer while processing client transactions (deposits, withdrawals, payments).
• Promote and sell additional banking products to existing clients and prospects.
• Support sales initiatives by soliciting new relationships, developing prospect lists, and completing assigned sales activities.
• Follow all compliance, security, and confidentiality guidelines to protect client information and maintain trust.
• Assist with cross-selling and referrals to other departments within the bank.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the department head.
