Texas First Bank is seeking a Part-Time Client Services Professional to join our teller team. You will handle daily teller operations and deliver exceptional customer service at the teller line, helping deepen client relationships and support sales efforts.

Fluency in Spanish is a plus, and the role requires a part-time schedule with potential Saturdays. The position emphasizes accuracy, confidentiality, and team collaboration to serve our Southeast Texas communities.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum 6 months cash handling or customer service experience.
• Typing and ten-key calculator proficiency.
• Fluency in Spanish is a plus.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Strong math aptitude and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate records of cash drawer and process deposits, withdrawals, and payments.
• Promote and sell additional banking products to clients and prospects.
• Support sales initiatives by soliciting new relationships and completing activities.
• Follow compliance, security, and confidentiality guidelines to protect client information.
• Assist with cross-selling and referrals to other departments.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the department head.
