Explorebrainerdlakes is seeking a reliable, organized assistant to support client service, marketing, and office operations in our Crosslake office. This part-time role offers flexible scheduling and a path to growth while learning the financial planning industry.

You will work with our Client Service Specialist to learn processes, handle calls, prepare meeting materials, assist with social media and events, and support daily operations.

Responsibilities

• Answer phone calls and assist clients professionally
• Prepare materials for client meetings & follow-up activities
• Assist with scheduling and client requests
• Support social media efforts on Facebook, LinkedIn, and Instagram
• Assist with Google reviews and community outreach initiatives
• Help maintain marketing calendars and communication efforts
• Coordinate client appreciation events and special celebrations
• Assist with event planning, logistics and communication
• Support daily office operations and workflow improvements
• Assist with basic technology troubleshooting
