Job summary

Flint Hills Group, an independent financial services practice of Thrivent Financial, is seeking a Client Service Administrator to support daily operations, respond to client service requests, maintain client information, and complete administrative tasks as assigned.

This is a 1099 position based in Manhattan/Council Grove, KS or remote within Central time zone, at 25–30 hours per week and $18–$20 per hour.

Qualifications

• Ability to handle multiple tasks and maintain quality while interruptions occur.
• Strong computer skills and comfort with business tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Basic understanding of Flint Hills Group and Thrivent Financial.

Responsibilities

• Prepare correspondence, reports, and coordinate special projects.
• Drive client facing activity by scheduling meetings and updating CRM.
• Attend client meetings and capture notes for follow-up actions.
• Assist advisors with meeting prep and post-meeting follow up.
