Job summary

Sound Community Bank is seeking a Client Relationship Officer (CRO) for a part-time role in Port Angeles, WA. The CRO will deliver personalized financial service, open accounts, cross-sell bank products, and support tellers as needed.

Qualifications

• Progressive position levels including CRO II based on experience.

Responsibilities

• Branch financial performance: open accounts, cross-sell, and meet goals.
• Provide excellent customer service and resolve client inquiries promptly.
• Handle teller transactions and support branch operations.
• Engage in business development calls and client relationship building.
• Ensure compliance with banking regulations and internal policies.
