JPMorgan Chase & Co. in State College, PA seeks a Part Time (30 Hours) Associate Banker to join our Northland Center Branch. You will greet clients, handle accounts, and guide them through digital tools to meet financial goals.

Delivering friendly service, you will build trust, educate clients on products, and support teamwork across the branch to ensure excellent client experiences in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Client service experience or comparable experience.
• Ability to quickly and accurately learn products, services, and procedures.
• Ability to put clients first and exceed their expectations.
• Ability to build trusted relationships and communicate clearly.

Responsibilities

• Create a welcoming environment by greeting clients, managing lobby flow, and scheduling meetings.
• Provide account servicing, maintenance, and open new accounts while following policies and regulations.
• Educate clients on day-to-day banking and use of technology like Chase Mobile App and Chase.com.
• Build lasting relationships by listening, asking questions, and collaborating with team members to meet financial goals.
• Perform branch operations, including cash devices, while adhering to bank policies.
