• Understand customer needs with curiosity through intentional conversation.
• Share products and fashion trends to wardrobe and inspire trust.
• Participate in community/store activities promoting the Talbots Brand.
• Lead or supervise others and open/close the store as needed.
• Represent the brand image professionally.
