Job summary

Chase is seeking an Associate Banker to deliver warm, attentive service and build trusted client relationships in a branch setting. You will educate customers on products, assist with everyday banking needs, and support the branch team in delivering exceptional experiences using Chase Mobile, Chase.com, and ATM solutions.

Responsibilities include greeting clients, managing lobby flow, opening accounts, and ensuring compliance with policies and regulatory requirements while leveraging technology

Qualifications

• Client service experience or comparable experience.
• High school diploma or GED equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Create a welcoming environment by greeting clients, managing lobby flow with a tablet, and scheduling meetings.
• Exceed client expectations by servicing accounts, opening new accounts, and complying with policies and regulations.
• Educate clients on day-to-day banking, using Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, and ATMs to meet needs any time.
• Build trusted relationships by actively listening, asking questions, and sharing product knowledge.
• Perform branch operations, including cash devices, while adhering to bank policies.
