JPMorgan Chase & Co. (Chase) is seeking an Associate Banker to provide outstanding service in a Corsicana branch. You will greet clients, open and service accounts, and guide customers through digital banking options to help them achieve their financial goals.

The role emphasizes building trusted relationships, understanding customer needs, and delivering a welcoming, tech-savvy banking experience in a part‑time daytime schedule.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED equivalent is required.
• Client service experience or comparable experience.
• Ability to quickly and accurately learn products, services, and procedures.

Responsabilités

• Greet clients and create a welcoming branch environment, manage lobby flow, and schedule/cancel meetings.
• Provide account servicing and maintenance, and assist with opening new accounts while following policies and regulatory requirements.
• Educate clients on day‑to‑day banking transactions and digital self-service options (Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, ATMs).
• Build meaningful client relationships through active listening, empathy, and product knowledge.
• Assist with branch operations, including cash devices, while adhering to bank policies.
