Class Summary
This is a part‑time position with a maximum of 1,508 hours per year and is not eligible for paid holidays, leave, or benefits.
This Part‑time Clerk is responsible for providing front‑line customer service responding to phone calls and emails from the public with professional, timely, and courteous communication. In addition, will be responsible for performing a variety of basic clerical office functions, which may include updating spreadsheets, creating simple documents, typing, filing, copying, faxing, opening, sorting, and distributing mail, and/or performing other related activities. The ideal candidate will need a thorough understanding of the assigned area, be flexible, and provide exceptional customer service while working well under pressure.
Salary will be $15.75 per hour
