City Wide Jani Inc. is seeking reliable candidates for a custodian position in Chicago, Illinois. Shifts are scheduled between 7am and 10pm.

Position Summary

Responsible for maintaining cleanliness and sanitation of interior and exterior areas, including residential common areas and commercial offices.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

1. Empty trash receptacles.
2. Perform high and low dusting.
3. Clean and sterilize restroom facilities.
4. Maintain outdoor grounds as required.
5. Sterilize high-use areas to reduce bacteria and harmful agents.
6. Inspect equipment and report repairs or replacements.
7. Vacuum, sweep, and mop floors.
8. Follow OSHA and safety procedures.
9. Perform additional duties as assigned by supervisor.
