Job summary

Loomis- in Anchorage, Alaska seeks a part-time janitorial technician to help keep buildings clean and orderly. The role averages 20 hours per week and includes floor care, bathroom cleaning, trash removal, dusting, and basic surface maintenance.

The position requires physical stamina, ability to lift ~50 lbs, and the ability to work with limited supervision. English fluency and reliable attendance are expected.

Qualifications

• Self-motivated with minimal supervision.
• Able to lift ~50 lbs and move heavy items safely.
• Able to stand and walk for extended periods.
• Read and speak English sufficiently for job tasks and records.

Responsibilities

• Clean floors by sweeping, mopping, buffing, and vacuuming.
• Trash removal and restroom cleaning and stocking.
• Polish furniture, fixtures, windows, and glass.
• Dust surfaces, walls, and equipment; use cleaning solutions safely.
• Follow chemical safety procedures and operate cleaning equipment.
