Job summary

Qualifications

• Two (2) or more years of experience in custodial work.
• English communication proficiency required.
• Strong organizational skills and time management.

Responsibilities

• Follow cleaning schedule as outlined for assigned areas, using established housekeeping procedures.
• Disinfect, wax, and buff floors; dust blinds, furniture and flat surfaces; clean restrooms.
• Empty, clean and reline waste receptacles; inspect equipment and report needs to Supervisor.
• Clean stairwells, entrances and exits; exterior litter removal as needed.
• Perform other tasks as assigned.
