Job summary

Cushman & Wakefield is seeking a part-time Cleaner for the 2nd shift in the Washington, DC area. You will work under the Custodial Manager or Supervisor and perform a variety of custodial duties in accordance with C&W Services standards and procedures.

Responsibilities include sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, dusting, cleaning bathrooms, and reporting building issues. Must be able to follow directions with minimal supervision and maintain high energy and attention to detail.

Qualifications

• Basic cleaning duties with attention to details.
• Ability to work with minimal supervision.
• Capable of using cleaning tools and equipment.
• Good physical stamina and energy.

Responsibilities

• Sweep, mop, and wash floors and surfaces.
• Operate floor buffers and shampoo machines.
• Vacuum rugs and perform periodic high-dusting.
• Clean bathrooms and restock supplies.
• Wash windowsills, glass, and interior surfaces.
• Monitor and report equipment or facility issues.
• Remove trash and replace liners daily.
