Job summary

Pro-Serv, Marsden Holding Company is seeking a dependable cleaner to join our facility services team. You will perform routine cleaning duties across client sites and help maintain a safe, sanitary environment.

The role requires the ability to speak English, adherence to safety policies, and lifting up to 30 lbs. Background checks are required, and the position offers room to grow with flexible scheduling. Willingness to work early mornings or evenings is valued.

Qualifications

• You must be 18 years old.
• General cleaner experience preferred.
• For safety reasons, you must be able to speak English.
• A pre-employment criminal background check are required.
• Able to lift up to 30lbs sometimes more.

Responsibilities

• Clean facilities as a core duty to maintain a sanitary environment.
• Empty wastebaskets and recyclables and transport them to disposal areas.
• Sweep, mop, vacuum floors; some floors may require scrubbing, waxing, and polishing.
• Stock and replenish supplies.
• Follow safety policies and procedures (locking doors, proper chemical use, reporting incidents).
• Clean restrooms and take out the trash.

Job Duties:

• As you might expect, cleaning is at the heart of what your job will entail.

You will be:

• Emptying wastebaskets and recyclables and transporting to disposal area.
• Sweeping, mopping, vacuuming floors using brooms, mops and manual or backpack vacuum cleaners. Some floors may require scrubbing, waxing, and polishing.
• Stocking and Replenishes Supplies

Requires following safety policies and procedures (such as locking doors, using proper chemicals and reporting incidents).
