Job summary

Pro-Serv, Marsden Holding Company, is seeking a General Cleaner to join our team in Phoenix, AZ. This position is available as part-time or full-time, with a pay rate of 16.50 per hour.

The role requires reliability, adherence to safety, and the ability to lift up to 30 lbs. You will perform cleaning tasks in facilities, empty trash, sweep, mop, vacuum, restrooms, and restock supplies, following established safety policies.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• General cleaner experience preferred.
• Must be able to speak English.
• Pre-employment background check required.
• Able to lift up to 30 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Clean facilities by sweeping, mopping, vacuuming and polishing as needed.
• Empty wastebaskets and recyclables; transport to disposal area.
• Stock and replenish supplies.
• Follow safety policies and report incidents.
• Clean restrooms; take out trash.

• A pre-employment criminal background check are required.
• Able to lift up to 30lbs sometimes more.

Job Duties:

• As you might expect, cleaning is at the heart of what your job will entail.

You will be:

• Emptying wastebaskets and recyclables and transporting to disposal area.
• Sweeping, mopping, vacuuming floors using brooms, mops and manual or backpack vacuum cleaners. Some floors may require scrubbing, waxing, and polishing.
• Stocking and Replenishes Supplies

Requires following safety policies and procedures (such as locking doors, using proper chemicals and reporting incidents).

• Cleaning Restrooms
• Taking out the trash
