Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1+ years custodial cleaning experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Empty, clean, and damp-wipe all waste receptacles and remove waste to designated areas.
• Vacuum rugs and carpeted areas, sweep or dust-mop hard floor surfaces, and damp-mop or clean spills in offices, lobbies, corridors, stairwells, and public areas.
• Hand dust and wipe clean office furniture, file cabinets, fixtures, paneling, windowsills, air-conditioning diffusers, wall grilles, and other horizontal surfaces.
• Remove finger marks and smudges from doors, light switches, private entrance glass, and partitions.
• Keep janitor’s closet clean, neat, and orderly.
• Other duties as assigned.
