Job summary

The Role

Directly responsiblefor cleaning, sanitizing, andmaintainingall assigned areas using established practices and procedures according to company and client standards of quality and safety;oversees work assignments of team members ad performs other associate’s work assignments when required.May require frequent interaction withclient.

The ideal candidate will provide janitorial coverage at different clinic locations. Your home base will be El Monte.

Part-time: 3 days per week, with the possibility of more hours in the future.

• Downtown Los Angeles

What You Will Do

• Monitor and inspect assigned work area while performing dutiesand afterduties have been completed to verify that all work has been done in compliance with site-specific procedures, scope of work, and Servicon standards.

• Participate in training programs covering subjects such as safety regulations, procedures, efficient/cost-effective methods of cleaning, and equipment preventive maintenance.

What It Takes To Be Successful

• 1+ years of custodial experience a plus

• 1+ years of experience in floor care and carpet cleaning a plus

• Prior experience cleaning in healthcare facilities preferred

• Must be fluent in English language
