Pay: $20.50/ Hourly

The Part Time Cleaner provides cleaning and upkeep of an assigned area.

Schedule:
Saturday & Sunday: 6am-2:30pm
Saturday & Sunday: 2pm-10:30pm

Basic Qualifications:

• Must be 18 years of age or older
• No experience required; on-the-job training provided
• No high school diploma, GED, or college degree required

Preferred Qualifications:

• Customer service experience
• 1 year of similar work experience

Responsibilities:

• Clean and maintain buildings/facilities
• Follow procedures for the use of chemical cleaners and power equipment to prevent damage
• Notify manager concerning repairs or building system issues
• Establish and maintain effective communication with clients and team members
• Comply with safety, security, and quality standards
• Clean and dust furniture, fixtures, floors, ceilings, walls, machines, and equipment
• Move furniture and equipment as needed for cleaning
• Clean interior glass, windows, mirrors using appropriate cleaners
• Wash and replace blinds
• Empty trash and perform seasonal outdoor tasks like sweeping, raking, or snow removal
• Clean and service restrooms

This position is suitable for individuals entering or returning to the workforce with limited experience and education. ABM is veteran-friendly; military experience is encouraged to apply.
