Job summary

Property Management, Inc. (PMI) in Lancaster, PA is hiring a part-time Cleaner to join our employee-owned team. This 32-hour weekly role offers flexible daytime hours and a path to advancement within a stable company that has served real estate clients for over 55 years.

You will perform cleaning of common areas and vacant apartments, assist with resident work orders, and contribute to a positive customer experience. Valid PA driver's license and reliable transportation are required.

Qualifications

• Prior residential cleaning experience is preferred, but not required.
• Working cell phone.
• Excellent customer service and sales skills.
• Valid PA Drivers License and reliable transportation.
• High School Diploma/GED.

Responsibilities

• Customer service.
• Cleans and all common areas as scheduled by supervisor.
• Cleans vacant apartments as scheduled by supervisor.
• Removes garbage from trash receptacles, ash trays and ash cans daily.
• Assist with resident work orders in apartments.
• Assist with turnover of apartments.
• May perform grounds/landscaping work as needed.
• Salt / Snow removal duties.
