Job summary

Seton Catholic Schools in Milwaukee, WI, seeks a Community Learning Center (CLC) Group Leader at St. Adalbert School.

This 10-month, hourly, part-time role offers about 15 hours per week to support healthy choices, youth development, and SEL programming for members ages 4–13. You will help plan and implement programs, promote leadership, and work with families and community partners while following SCS policies.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• At least 2 years of experience as childcare teacher or center director of a licensed center.
• At least three years of proven experience in delivery of youth work programming for ages 4-13.
• Knowledge of Seton Catholic Schools mission and policies.
• Ability to lead small groups of students in grades K-8.
• Experience implementing programming including – academic, arts, SEL and physical education.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate Seton Catholic Schools philosophy and programs to members and families.
• Assist in planning, organizing and implementing program activities.
• Gather feedback from members about their needs and interests.
• Follow safety policies and procedures, including conduct, supervision, and health policies.
• Maintain attendance and track member participation.
• Support family engagement and community partnerships.
• Participate in professional development and teamwork.
• Provide guidance and supportive relationships with members.
