Job summary

Sequoia Pathfinder Academy Verrado Elementary in Buckeye, AZ is seeking a part-time paraeducator to support classroom teachers through direct instruction of individuals or small groups and by preparing instructional materials. Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide services to the classroom teacher by instructing individual or small groups of students.
• Monitor student activities as assigned by teacher.
• Distribute resource materials to students and manage materials from students.
• Prepare bulletin boards and teaching aids.
• Make copies and collate materials.
• Assist with student testing administration and scoring.
• Provide assistance with audiovisual materials.
• Assist with general classroom cleanup and preparation.
• Perform routine clerical and/or typing duties related to instruction preparation.
• Attend in-service trainings for professional development.
• Perform other job-related duties as assigned.
