Working directly under the supervision of classroom teachers, the tutor will provide targeted academic support to students through small group instruction and one-on-one interventions.

Classified Part-Time Tutor

Purpose: The classified part-time tutor will support the instruction in the classrooms by providing targeted instruction to groups of students selected by the classroom teacher. This position will support targeted instruction in mathematics, reading, science in the elementary and middle school grade levels.

Qualifications:

Two years degree or equivalent course work preferred. Minimum of high school diploma required. Two years of experience working with K-13 grade students preferred.
