Qualifications include a High School Diploma and strong analytical, organizational, and communication abilities. Prior healthcare or insurance experience is preferred.

• 1 year of experience in healthcare or insurance preferred.
• Strong analytical, organizational and customer service abilities.

Responsibilities

• Research and process claims in accordance with regulations and guidelines.
• Verify coding for procedures and diagnoses.
• Resolve system edits and claims errors after research and references.
• Coordinate with internal departments to update patient and provider information.
• Maintain accuracy and timeliness in claims processing.
