Job summary

The Concours Club is seeking a highly motivated and dependable Circuit Response Associate to join our Circuit Operations team. This critical role is responsible for responding to fires, medical emergencies, motor vehicle incidents, and other emergency situations to protect life and property while helping to maintain a safe environment for members, guests, and team members.

The Circuit Response Associate must be prepared to act quickly and effectively in a fast-paced motorsports environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
• Must have or once held EMT basic/intermediate or Paramedic Certification.
• Must have and maintain CPR (Health Care Provider minimum) certification.
• Must have or once held a valid firefighter certification.
• Must be willing to obtain training and certifications as required.
• Must have and maintain a valid Driver's License with clean driving record.
• The ability to stand, sit, walk, climb, stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl.
• Must be able to lift, drag, hoist, and carry 50+ pounds with a partner.
• Must be able to work long hours and withstand extreme elements.

Responsibilities

• Fire suppression duties as defined by The Concours Club
• Operate an emergency vehicle
• Respond to on-track incidents
• Accident/incident stabilization
• Patient assessment and/or patient care
• Inventory, restock, refuel, and minor maintenance of various apparatuses and equipment
• Extrication duties
• Assist with recovery of vehicles from the Circuit
• Mitigation and clean up fluid spills
• Assist EMS as needed
• Circuit fences, surface, and barrier repairs
• Wash, dry, vacuum, and clean all equipment and apparatuses
• Compose written record of activities and procedures as required
• Interact with members in a professional manner
• Additional duties as assigned by Circuit Response Manager
