Job summary

FAT Karting League in the United States is seeking Weekend Event Crew to support circuit operations during race weekends. This fast-paced, hands-on role puts you trackside to help deliver professional, high-energy events and to contribute to the development of the next generation of drivers.

You will oversee day-to-day circuit operations, ensure race sessions run on schedule, monitor track conditions and facility standards, and lead marshals.

Qualifications

• Prior experience leading event crews or marshals.
• Strong communication and decision-making under pressure.
• Knowledge of safety regulations and incident reporting.
