Dandelion Chocolate in San Francisco's Mission District is seeking a part-time Chocolatier to support our Confections Team. You'll help with molding, ganache, casting, and packaging, keeping surfaces clean and organized, and performing tastings for quality checks in a hands-on production environment.

• Previous bakery or confections experience is preferred.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
• Strong attention to detail and cleanliness.
• Comfort with safety procedures in a factory setting.
• Willingness to learn and collaborate with others.

Responsibilities

• Learn and perform steps of the confections production process.
• Taste and evaluate confections for flavor and quality.
• Maintain a clean, organized production area and surfaces.
• Unmold, package, and prepare confections for sale.
• Support safety and quality procedures throughout the shift.
