Job summary

Läderach in Potomac is seeking a Part-Time Store Associate to deliver an outstanding shopping experience for our chocolate lovers. You will manage shipments, assist customers, and help keep the store clean and organized in a fast-paced retail environment.

The ideal candidate has at least 1 year of retail experience, strong interpersonal skills, and a passion for chocolate. You will support sales goals, follow food safety protocols, and contribute to a welcoming team culture.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of experience in retail sales or similar fast-paced environment.
• Strong interpersonal skills and effective communication.
• Reliable and flexible scheduling based on store needs.

Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding customer experience and support in-house team.
• Ensure production goals are met, including product-finishing projects.
• Execute product sales and register duties, including shop and shelf care, gift packaging and in-shop order fulfillment.
• Assist store sales goals through helpful recommendations.
• Help achieve in-store compliance and loss prevention standards.
• Follow merchandising and food safety protocols.
• Support store managers with visual merchandising set up and other store-related projects.
