Job summary

Läderach in Natick, MA is seeking a Part-Time Store Associate to join our brand-driven team and deliver a wonderful shopping experience for customers. You will act as a welcoming ambassador in a dynamic retail environment, supporting sales and in-house operations.

You will handle sales, register duties, gift packaging, restocking, and contribute to visual merchandising while maintaining high standards of product quality and a passion for our chocolates.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of experience in retail sales or similar fast-paced environment.
• Strong interpersonal and effective communication skills.
• Reliable and flexible with scheduling based on store needs.
• Quality-minded with keen attention to detail.
• Passionate about chocolate.

Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding customer experience and support the in-house team.
• Provide training or help Store Associates to meet production goals.
• Execute product sales and register duties, including shop and shelf care, gift packaging and in-shop order fulfillment.
• Target store sales goals through helpful recommendations.
• Help ensure in-store compliance and loss prevention standards.
• Follow merchandising and food safety protocols.
• Support store managers with visual merchandising setup and other store-related projects.
