Job summary

Läderach is seeking a Seasonal Store Associate in Boston to deliver exceptional customer experiences in a fast-paced environment. This role functions as a brand ambassador who loves chocolate and brings vibrant energy and a welcoming personality to the store floor.

The ideal candidate has at least 1 year of retail experience, strong communication skills, reliability, and a passion for chocolate. You will handle sales, register duties, stocking, and merchandising tasks while contributing to team

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of experience in retail sales or similar fast-paced, customer-minded environment.
• Equipped with strong interpersonal skills and able to communicate effectively.
• Reliable and flexible with scheduling based on store needs.
• Quality-minded with keen attention to detail.
• Passionate about chocolate.

Responsibilities

• Deliver an outstanding customer experience, as well as a similar environment for the inhouse team.
• Providing training and/or helping Store Associates to ensure production goals are met, including product-finishing projects.
• Executing product sales and register duties, including shop and shelf care, gift packaging and in-shop order fulfillment.
• Targeting the store sales goals through helpful recommendations.
• Helping to achieve in-store compliance and loss prevention standards.
• Following merchandising and food safety protocols.
• Supporting store managers with visual merchandising set up and other store-related projects.
