Job summary

Soccer Shots - ETX is seeking an energetic Part Time Children's Soccer Coach to join our Texarkana area program. You will lead engaging sessions for young players, blending soccer technique with fun activities to foster love for the game and healthy development.

Ideal candidates bring experience with kids, a passion for youth sports, reliable transportation, and weekend availability. CPR/First Aid is a plus, and a background check is required to ensure a safe environment for all participants.

Qualifications

• Experience working with young children in a coaching/teaching or childcare setting preferred.
• Strong knowledge of soccer fundamentals and youth athletic development.
• Energetic, patient, and enthusiastic personality with a love for working with kids.

Responsibilities

• Lead fun, age-appropriate soccer coaching sessions for young children in a safe and encouraging environment.
• Teach fundamental soccer skills including dribbling, passing, and basic game concepts.
• Engage and motivate children through positive reinforcement and interactive drills.
• Communicate effectively with parents and guardians regarding player progress and session updates.
• Set up and break down equipment before and after each practice or game session.
• Ensure the safety and well-being of all participants throughout each session.
• Represent the Soccer Shots brand with professionalism and enthusiasm.
