Job summary

Soccer Shots - ETX is seeking a passionate Part Time Children's Soccer Coach to join our Texarkana, TX program. You will lead safe, age-appropriate sessions and foster a love of soccer while supporting child development.

The role requires energy, patience, and a genuine love for working with kids, with opportunities to advance within a trusted youth soccer program in the Texarkana area.

Qualifications

• Experience working with young children in coaching/childcare preferred.
• Strong knowledge of soccer fundamentals and youth development.
• Flexible part-time hours, including weekends.

Responsibilities

• Lead fun, age-appropriate coaching sessions for young children in a safe environment.
• Teach basic soccer skills: dribbling, passing, and game concepts.
• Motivate children through positive reinforcement and interactive drills.
• Communicate progress and session updates to parents/guardians.
• Set up and break down equipment before and after practices/games.
• Ensure safety and well-being of all participants at all times.
• Represent Soccer Shots with professionalism and enthusiasm.

Soccer Shots - East Texas is looking for an energetic and passionate Part Time Children's Soccer Coach to join our team in Texarkana, TX! Responsibilities

• Lead fun, age-appropriate soccer coaching sessions for young children in a safe and encouraging environment
• Teach fundamental soccer skills including dribbling, passing, and basic game concepts
• Engage and motivate children through positive reinforcement and interactive drills
• Communicate effectively with parents and guardians regarding player progress and session updates
• Set up and break down equipment before and after each practice or game session
• Ensure the safety and well-being of all participants throughout each session
• Represent the Soccer Shots brand with professionalism and enthusiasm

Requirements

• Experience working with young children in a coaching, teaching, or childcare setting preferred
• Strong knowledge of soccer fundamentals and youth athletic development
• Energetic, patient, and enthusiastic personality with a genuine love for working with kids
• Reliable transportation to travel to various program locations in the Texarkana, TX area
• Ability to work flexible part-time hours, including weekends
• CPR/First Aid certification is a plus
• Must pass a background check prior to employment
