Job summary

Life Connection Church is seeking a Part-Time Children’s Minister/Admin to help lead and support our growing children’s ministry. The role is approximately 20+ hours per week and combines ministry leadership with administrative responsibilities.

The ideal candidate loves Jesus, enjoys working with children and families, communicates well with volunteers and parents, and thrives in a team environment. Prior ministry and/or experience with children is preferred.

Qualifications

• Passion for children and families.
• Ability to recruit and coordinate volunteers.
• Strong organizational and administrative abilities.

Responsibilities

• Overseeing Sunday children’s ministry environments
• Recruiting, scheduling, and encouraging volunteers
• Communicating with parents and ministry teams
• Administrative organization and ministry support
• Prepare pre-written curriculum for teachers to present
