Qualifications

• Previous childcare, camp, coaching, or education experience preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Supervise children during before/after school care, camps, and youth programs.
• Ensure safety and maintain active supervision at all times.
• Lead and assist with age-appropriate activities, games, and enrichment.
• Support daily routines including arrival, snack, homework time, and dismissal.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe environment.
• Encourage positive behavior, participation, and social development.
• Communicate effectively with parents, staff, and program leadership.
• Assist with setup and cleanup of program areas and supplies.
• Follow all facility policies and childcare procedures.
