Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED plus 4+ years of protective services experience and a valid driver's license
• Bachelor's degree plus a valid driver's license required
• Combination of earned college credits may substitute for experience; 30 credits ≈ 1 year

Responsibilities

• Complete hotlines and referrals
• Provide nights and weekends on-call coverage
• Assist with supervising parent/child visits including transportation
• Upload documentation into OnBase
• Order medical records and prepare monthly contact reports
• Assist with monthly home visits and guide families on parenting, budgeting, and household structure
