Boundless Care Inc. in Alameda County seeks warm, dependable babysitters/child caregivers to support families in the area. This is a part-time, flexible position with opportunities based on family needs and your availability.

As a Babysitter / Child Caregiver, you may care for newborns to school-age children, following family routines, providing safe care in the home, preparing meals, and engaging children with age-appropriate activities.

Competenze

• 18 years or older.
• Experience caring for children (babysitting, nannying, daycare, etc).
• Legally authorized to work in the U.S. with a valid SSN.
• TrustLine registration or willingness to complete registration.
• Valid TB test or willingness to obtain one.
• Reliable transportation or dependable access to transportation.
• Flexible or open availability; assignments based on family requests.
• Bilingual or multilingual applicants are encouraged to apply.

Boundless Care Inc. is looking for warm, dependable, and compassionate Babysitters / Child Caregivers to support families throughout Alameda County.

This is a part-time, flexible position with care opportunities based on family needs and your availability. Students are welcome to apply! This is a great opportunity for those looking for flexible work around school, another job, or family responsibilities.

About the Role

As a Babysitter / Child Caregiver, you may provide care for children ranging from newborns to school-aged children.

Responsibilities may include

• Providing safe, nurturing, and attentive care in the family’s home.
• Supervising children and ensuring their safety throughout the care session.
• Infant care, including bottle-feeding, diaper changes, soothing, and nap supervision.
• Engaging children in age-appropriate activities such as reading, sensory play, crafts, games, and educational activities.
• Following parents’ instructions, household routines, nap schedules, and care preferences.

What We’re Looking For

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Experience caring for children is preferred, including babysitting, nannying, daycare, teaching, tutoring, camp counseling, or caring for younger family members.
• Reliable, attentive, patient, warm, and professional when working with children and families.
• Comfortable following family routines and detailed care instructions.
• Legally authorized to work in the U.S. with a valid SSN.
• TrustLine registration, or willingness to complete the required registration process.
• Valid TB test or willingness to obtain one.
• Reliable transportation or dependable access to transportation.
• Flexible or open availability is a plus, as assignments are based on family requests.
• Bilingual or multilingual applicants are encouraged to apply.

Preferred Qualifications

These are not required, but are a plus:

• Experience caring for infants and toddlers.
• Experience with multiple children or sibling groups.
• Experience with children with special needs.
• CPR and First Aid certification.
• Coursework or education related to Child Development, Early Childhood Education, Teaching, Nursing, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field.
