Job summary

YMCA of MEWSA in Edison, NJ is seeking a Regular Part-Time Site Coordinator/Supervisor to manage a program site, supervise staff, and act as a liaison with parents and partner organizations. Under the Senior Child Care Director, you will uphold health and safety guidelines, maintain accurate records, schedule daily activities, and ensure licensing and YMCA standards are met.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required.
• Minimum 21 years of age.
• Minimum 2 years working with children.
• Minimum 2 years supervisory experience.
• Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office and ability to learn software applications as needed.

Responsibilities

• Ensure health and safety guidelines are strictly adhered to.
• Report to work during scheduled hours and accurately reflect time worked.
• Adhere to licensing, health, and YMCA standards.
• Maintain complete registration and emergency information forms for each child.
• Coach staff in performing their job according to their descriptions.
• Conduct monthly staff meetings and document minutes.
